The main dish of choice was Cheesy Chicken Lasagna. It was a super easy and a huge hit! I will definitely be adding this to the rotation. You can go here for the recipe.
For dessert, I knew I had to make my peanut butter lovin' husband the Reese's Stuffed Crescent Rolls I'd pinned, which I started referring to as Reese's Peanut Butter Pastry Puffs...don't know why, but I thought it sounded catchier. :) Anyway, you want to talk about s-i-m-p-l-e?! All you do is cut a regular sized Reese's peanut butter cup in half and roll it up inside a crescent, being sure to seal it real good. Then bake according to package instructions (mine only took 10 minutes). Remove from oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar, and eat 'em while they're hot! So.GOOD.
If you're looking for some good eats, I'd recommend either of these recipes! He was definitely a very happy birthday boy...all thanks to Pinterest! :)
