Project 365: Week 8 - A Fun Week!

 

February 19 - We went to Oklahoma City for the weekend, and the people hosting us had these beautiful flowers waiting in our hotel room. Love them, and they were in an awesome mercury glass bowl that I'm excited to have now.

February 20 - Sunday night we went to a bowling lounge in Bricktown and had so much fun! Bubs did great and practiced his "flexing", which he recently started doing randomly. It's so funny.

February 21 - We went out to eat before heading home on Monday, and I snapped this picture of another random thing Manny has started doing. He'll arch his back as far as he can, hold his hand up in the air, and just twirl it back and forth...then crack up laughing. It's SO random but so entertaining to watch!

February 22 - Tuesday we just relaxed and enjoyed being at home, getting caught up on laundry, etc. 

February 23 - My friend Ashley and her daughter Ava came to visit us for a few days! Ava is such a doll... more pictures of their visit are below.

February 24 - We had fun hanging out and met up with some blogger friends for lunch.

February 25 - My sister and her girls came up for the weekend. My niece Ellie and Ava had so much fun playing together! They would've played in the bath all night if we'd have let them.

So as I mentioned, Ashley and Ava came up from Texas to visit for a few days. We had so much fun! We kept things pretty low key and just relaxed and hung out. Here is my little buddy Ava out exploring our backyard. She says the funniest things and is SO entertaining!

Manny loved Ava...he would just stare and smile at her all the time. He is definitely into older women! :)

On Friday we did a little shopping and met up with Whitney at the Starbuck's in Target. We didn't ever get coffee, but Whitney did come shopping with us and helped take care of the kids...they loved her! This picture of Ava & Manny  in the shopping cart at Target cracks me up. Manny looks thrilled to be there, huh? :)

On Friday night my sister and her girls came to visit for a few days. My nieces had so much fun playing with Ava and loved Ashley too! Here they are having a little popcorn & pj party.

Thanks so much for coming to see us Ava & Ashley! We had a blast and can't wait for you to come back!! :)
